Certain information, materials, products and services related to the Wall Street Institute method are provided online by the company Franchise Support & Services, S.L.U. ("FSS") on behalf of the authorized Wall Street Institute centers. In order to provide you with access to certain information, materials, products and services, FSS requests your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use herein contained (the "T&C"). These T&C apply to all content, including text, photographs, video, audio, software and graphic materials, products or services offered as part of any website owned or operated by FSS, all of which are defined collectively as the "Web Site". By using the Web Site and/or accepting any of the Web Site's materials, products or services, in any form, you ("you" or "user") agree to be legally bound and to abide by these T&C. Original Work Submitted by You

FSS is not responsible for determining the authenticity of an article, photograph or analogue work sent to FSS by you as an original, and FSS shall not check works received for originality. You assume full responsibility for any issues of originality or plagiarism that may arise in regard to your work and you shall be liable to third party claims and requests regarding originality or plagiarism.

By sending your original article, photograph or analogue work for publishing you assign to FSS an exclusive license to, free of charge, use, modify, distribute and communicate to the public your work or any parts or modifications thereof, including image rights if applicable, for the maximum period of time provided by law, for all exploitation modes and channels in all of the world.

FSS has the right to publish or not your sent works, either partially or fully. FSS is expressly authorized by you to correct, edit and translate your work if it is considered adequate for publishing purposes. FSS shall specify the author based on the information you have sent.

Privacy Policy

FSS is a Spanish company and complies with the legal requirements set out in the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act under Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, concerning personal data protection ("Spanish Personal Data Protection Act"). Restricted Access

Your user ID and password should be maintained confidential and should not be shared with anyone or distributed or disclosed to third parties. It is your responsibility to notify the staff of your Wall Street Institute center if you need to change or discontinue the user ID and password. It is also your responsibility to request such discontinuation immediately upon your knowledge or belief that such user ID and/or password is or may be subject to a breach of confidentiality.

FSS may amend these T&C at any time by posting the amended T&C on the Web Site. We may also add, remove or modify some or all of our products or services at any time. We suggest that you check periodically the applicable T&C. You shall be bound to the T&C changes by using the Web Site after being posted.

System Integrity

Unauthorised Use

FSS expressly prohibits unauthorised use of the Web Site. Examples of unauthorised uses include, but are not limited to, the following: disclosure of pornography and/or immoral content, libellous or slanderous information, spam, threats of violence and/or statements of violence, third party non-authorised contents that may infringe their intellectual property rights, malicious software, or content that promotes terrorism, xenophobic, racist or sexist conduct through any means.

FSS assumes no responsibility for any damages that arise from or are caused by a breach by user or users of the above mentioned conditions.

Any user reported to conduct with an inappropriate behaviour may be expelled of the Web Site without previous notice, and have access limited, or even denied, due to misconduct.

Extended Services

FSS may offer access to some extended online services to you (Extended Services). Such Extended Services include, but are not limited to, chat services, webmail accounts and the E-friends Tool. You are informed that such Extended Services may require your acceptance of additional T&C, when requested.

FSS reserves the right to suspend or change the nature of the Extended Services at any time. Users who violate the T&C will have their access to the Extended Services limited or cancelled. FSS reserves the right, but has no obligation, to control the use of the Extended Services by users. However, FSS will not monitor or control the content of the communications crossed between the users using the Extended Services.

Reporting Misconduct

Should you witness an inappropriate interaction or message content and wish to report so, FSS encourages you to provide us with the offending party's e-mail information and, if possible, forward to FSS the message with the inappropriate content. However, FSS cannot guarantee that any action will be taken as a result of your message.


FSS reserves the right to immediately terminate any or all of your rights of use of this Web Site if you breach any of the T&C or if FSS is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to FSS. You may terminate your ID and password at any time by contacting the staff of your Wall Street Institute center.

Liability and indemnity

FSS does not represent or warrant that the material contained in the Web Site, or any of the functions of the Web Site will operate without interruption or delay or will be error, defects or virus free or compatible with any other software or material. Accessing the Web Site is entirely at your own risk.

FSS is a legal entity totally independent from your Wall Street Institute center.

Severability and Entire Agreement

Unless otherwise specified herein, these T&C constitute the entire agreement between you and FSS with respect to your access to and use of this Web Site. If any provision of these T&C is unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.

FSS' failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others of these T&C does not waive the right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

By accessing the Web Site, you agree that these T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. You further submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Barcelona (Spain).
